"The LORD lives! Praise be to my Rock! Exalted be God my Savior!" - Psalm 18:46

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving Eve has a 6:30 p.m. contemporary service for people who may desire to worship before they start traveling early on Thanksgiving Day. The 9 a.m. Thanksgiving Day service is more traditional in hymns and liturgy, being held slightly earlier so people can worship and then travel.

Advent

During Advent, the 3 or 4 weeks prior to Christmas Day, Wednesday services are held at 12:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. with special themes in this season of preparation. In addition we also offer meals from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. during which guests and members can become better acquainted. Special music plus dramas, videos or other presentations are often used in these blended services to complement the messages each week.

Christmas

All four Christmas Eve services, 1 p.m., 4 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 10 p.m. have a time of candle lighting. The 1 p.m. and 10 p.m. services are often in a lesson and carols format and also include communion. Special music may vary between services but the same Christmas message is shared.

The 10 a.m. Christmas Day service includes communion as well as musical groups presenting a variety of Christmas selections. There is the annual tradition of people bringing bells of all kinds (dinner bells, etc. - There are also spare bell for guests.) to be rung in a variety of ways while they sing Christmas carols.

New Year's

New Year's Eve offers a 6:30 p.m. communion service and an appropriate sermon.
