-maintaining the gifts and memorial funds and ensure that the philosophy of funds is accomplished. -report to the Board of Directors regarding the activity of auxiliary groups, namely Gifts & Memorials, social organizations and athletic organizations. -write a few thank you notes to donors on a monthly basis to acknowlege gifts and memorials that are received.
